Call on volunteers to put up a poster to help our new campaign

We are writing to RNIB Group volunteers asking them to spread the word about avoidable sight loss by putting up a poster where they live.

As you may know, every day 100 people in the UK start to lose their sight. Yet over 50 per cent of all sight loss can be avoided.

People aged 50 and over are at greater risk of sight loss and conditions such as wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) can destroy their sight in just three months.

But it doesn't have to be this way. We want people at risk of sight loss to take action if they notice any change in their vision and get in touch with RNIB.

From 18 March, we are running adverts in cinemas, on the radio, online and in GP surgeries.

Please ask your volunteers to help us this March by putting up a poster in their window, community centre, church hall, pharmacy, GP surgery or library.

Alternatively, volunteers can email us on marketing@rnib.org.uk or call 020 7391 2396 to order posters.

Thanks again for your continued support.
