Meet our volunteers

People volunteer for many different reasons. If you volunteer with RNIB Group you will be helping to improve the lives of people with sight problems. You will have the opportunity to put your talents to good use, learn new skills and experience to add to your CV. Volunteering can also help you to gain confidence, make new friends and develop new interests.

A wide range of people from many different backgrounds volunteer for RNIB Group. We have volunteers who are in education, working, unemployed, retired, old and young and from a variety of ethnic and religious backgrounds. We are committed to ensuring equality of opportunity for everyone who wants to volunteer with us.
