Are you friendly, do you have good customer service skills and a pleasant telephone manner? We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to telephone a sample of our customers each month and ask them for feedback on the experiences they received from working with Action. It will play an important role in allowing us to evaluate and develop the quality of our services in the East Midlands.
No DBS Check will be required for this role.

When will I be needed?
For 5 or 6 hours a week on either a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
