This region covers: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire.

Our Peterborough site offers support to people who are blind or partially sighted in the form of a specially designed desk equipped with access technology. Additional support is offered from RNIB Group colleagues and all our staff and volunteers are trained in visual awareness.

Customer Satisfaction Assistant

Are you friendly, do you have good customer service skills and a pleasant telephone manner? We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to telephone a sample of our customers each month and ask them for feedback on the experiences they received from working with Action. BME Eye Care Volunteer

Do you speak a language such as Punjabi, Hindi, Bengali, Somali, Polish or any other community language in addition to English and live in the East Midlands? If so we would like your help to increase the awareness of BME (black and minority ethnic) visually impaired people of available eye-care services. Opportunity available across the region.

Grants and Benefits Volunteer - Norwich

Public Speaker - Fundraising

Be our ambassador! Make a difference in your local community by talking to a variety of audiences. By engaging, informing and inspiring others to fundraise or donate you will be helping us rebuild the lives of blind and partially sighted people. Driver - Loughborough College

Loughborough College are seeking volunteer drivers to take learners to work placements across Leicestershire using the College minibuses.

Children, Young People and Families (CYF) Actionnaires Volunteer - Norwich and Chelmsford

This is a unique opportunity to work with blind and partially sighted children, young people and their families. You will be assisting with a range of CYF activities and events including sports, music, visits to attractions and crafts, supporting both the group and individuals as required. Opportunities available in Norwich and Chelmsford.

Administration Volunteer - Bury St Edmunds

Are you organised and enthusiastic with excellent administration skills? We are looking for a volunteer to support our Eye Clinic staff in West Suffolk hospital.
