Enjoy data entry, editing and updating databases? Help us make a difference to blind and partially sighted people by ensuring our client database is up to date to enable them to receive our current publications. You will join a very innovative, motivated team transcribing print media into audio, large print or Braille formats.
What will I be doing?

Update and edit customer databases

Contact customers by telephone to check accuracy of data

General administrative duties.

Ensure correct addresses for despatch of accessible media
What skills can I bring to this role?

Good keyboard skills

Good telephone skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Access and Excel

Organisational skills

Good record keeping skills and basic statistical work, e.g. spreadsheets.

An understanding of Data Protection

Flexible, minimum one day per week.
