Assist and support customers and staff at the RNIB centre as a friendly, welcoming and organised Receptionist for the Sensory Engagement Programme.
An Access NI check will not be required for this role.
What will I be doing?

Meeting and greeting visitors
-
Answering telephone calls and passing enquiries to the relevant person

Signing visitors and contractors in and out and issuing security passes
-
Receive and process mail
-
Showing visitors around the resource centre, demonstrating and describing basic items
-
Maintaining the visitor and staff registers
-
Booking transport, such as taxis
-
Other admin duties as required

When will I be needed?
Office hours - specific times can be arranged between you and your volunteer manager.
