RNIB Scottish Borders provide services to blind and partially sighted people within the region. A wide range of activities and services are supported by volunteers.
Volunteers assist with social and special interest groups. Opportunities exist in a variety of locations for lively people to have social contact with blind or partially sighted clients. Activities may include quizzes, dominoes, outings, keep fit, reading, card games, doing crosswords or just meeting for a social chat.

What will I be doing?

When will I be needed?
Clients will be able to access a wide variety of daytime and evening activities therefore the shift times vary from 2-4 hours.
Location
Social activities will take place throughout the Scottish Borders; therefore location will vary depending on the distance you are willing to travel.
