To assist and support staff at Swansea Vale Resource Centre and the Disability Action Centre, Llandarcy. Duties include using the telephone, editing and distributing letters, filing, photocopying, mail shots and general administrative duties. Appropriate training is offered in all areas for a team worker.
This role does not require DBS check.
What will I be doing?

Assisting answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors, sorting the post.

Photocopying and collate documents as necessary.

Undertaking word processing tasks as required.

Demonstrating equipment and providing information and advice on services and products.

Relaying or reporting customer feedback
What skills and qualities can I bring to this role?

When will I be needed?
Three to four hours a week during office hours to be agreed with the Locality Development Manager.
