To drive our clients to Social and Support Group Meetings or driving blind and partially sighted volunteers to enable them to carry out their volunteering role.
This role will involve contact with vulnerable adults therefore an enhanced DBS check will be required before starting in your volunteer role.
What will I be doing?
Driving blind and partially sighted members and volunteers to and from social and support group activities.

Some blind and partially sighted people may have a guide dog or a wheelchair which you may also have to transport.

When will I be needed?
Hours will vary. This may be as little as once a month or up to a few times a week.
Regular commitment to drive blind and partially sighted volunteers and members to social and support groups would be required.
Your hours will be agreed and co-ordinated with the Locality Development Manager.
Location
Various locations: Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr and Swansea.
