What will I be doing?

Talking to different groups and clubs within the community to generate awareness of our work and our need for support

Creating interest amongst local groups and arrange talks

Building up a list of local contacts

Promoting the benefits of membership

Responding to customers enquiries either face to face, via the telephone or by email

Listening attentively to customers and signpost appropriately

Familiarising yourself with local services and opportunities
