Volunteers are needed to help run activities in existing and new Social and Support Groups for blind and partially sighted people. Volunteers would be needed on a regular basis to help in a variety of ways at the group meetings, working with CVV staff to plan a programme of activities/events and help out at the everyday running of the group.
What will I be doing?

Supporting the delivery of a safe, enjoyable and successful activity under the guidance of CVV staff

Helping to set up the room

Making teas and coffees

Tasks will be varied depending on the needs of the group.

When will I be needed?
Regular commitment to the group would be required. Groups meet weekly, fortnightly and monthly and each session lasts about three hours.
Location
Various locations, in the Swansea, Neath and RCT areas.
