Useful contacts

Your main point of contact is your Community Fundraiser, but there are lots more people at RNIB that will be happy to support you with your fundraising. Below are some of the contacts that you may find useful.


Community Fundraisers

You will find contact details for your Community Fundraiser in your handbook. Our Fundraising Support and Enquiries team can also put you in touch with you Community Fundraiser.


Fundraising Support and Enquiries team

The Fundraising Support and Enquiries team will be able to answer your fundraising questions or put you in contact with the right person within our fundraising department.


Volunteering

Our volunteering team will be happy to answer any of your queries about volunteering for the RNIB group of charities.


Supporter Administration team

The Supporter Administration team will be processing all of the money you raise, so they will be able to help with your queries about banking money or obtaining payments. Please email the Supporter Administration team at: fsssupportteam@rnib.org.uk


RNIB Helpline

If you have a query about RNIB services or products or eye health the Helpline team will be able to answer your query or put you in touch with someone who can.


Health, Safety and Environment team

If you have a query about health and safety your first point of contact is your Community Fundraiser, but if you query is of a serious nature and you are unable to contact your Community Fundraiser please do not hesitate to contact our Health, Safety and Environment team.


Your Community Fundraising team

If you have any queries or concerns that your Community Fundraiser is unable to help you with or there is an emergency and you are unable to contact your Community Fundraiser, please contact Gill Smith.
