Margaret is a lecturer at a further education college where she works part time teaching students to sing, accompanying them on the piano.
Margaret, who is partially sighted, initially contacted Access to Work because she needed to improve her access to the sheet music she needs to read while playing the piano.
Access to Work, through a workplace assessment, was able to put in place adjustments to working practice and use task specific lighting to help Margaret access an important part of her job.
