More importantly, we think the feature that blind and partially sighted users will like best is the various ways you can use it to get assistance when you're in an Apple Retail Store.

What's the best feature of Apple Store?

We think the best feature about Apple Store is that you can use it to request help, check in for reservations and meet up with a Specialist or Trainer when you're in an Apple Retail Store. You can also use it to make Genius Bar and One to One reservations and sign up for workshops and events.

For blind and partially sighted users, we think these features are really handy for getting orientated and assistance if you need it when you arrive at an Apple Retail Store.

"I found this app to be as straightforward as it promised to be. I used it to get more info on the features of the iPhone 4S before I went ahead and ordered one to replace my dying 3GS. Whilst I didn't order through the app, I was confident that I had all the info I needed to make the decision and be clear with my provider about what I wanted.

"Unsurprisingly, the features I was most keen to try were the ones for contacting staff for help and meeting up for appointments instore. I confess to being a little sceptical that it would actually work but it was a really smooth experience. I showed up at the store, sought assistance and successfully met up with the member of staff.
