A family holiday to South Wales

Our family holiday in South Wales this summer was really lovely. We were fortunate enough to hit on some good weather which enabled us to enjoy the fabulous beaches near Gower and Pembry. There were some fantastic cycle paths and so we enjoyed taking it in turns going for a spin on my Viking tandem!

For years, both my parents and my grandparents have had touring caravans which have given us many great holidays. As well as plenty of fresh air and family time, it's like taking your home with you where ever you go, which works well as you can have the comfort of familiar surroundings whilst exploring new ones. You can literally say you've packed the kitchen sink. All that extra packing space gives one a great excuse to pack far too many clothes than is necessary!
