Braille is used all over the world and has had an enormous effect on the lives of millions of people across 120 countries worldwide.
Many blind and partially sighted people depend on braille for their leisure reading, education and everyday communications. RNIB is committed to making sure they have access to the books and resources they need.
RNIB National Library Service provides an extensive range of books and sheet braille music as well as historically important braille documents, books and fascinating artefacts in the RNIB Archive. These collections have recently been re-located and we will continue to add new titles and protect this valuable resource.
