Many people find themselves in need of advice to help with benefit and tax issues or support with managing debt.
We have launched a new
tax advice service with
Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), to support blind and partially sighted people with tax and benefit issues.
We can call customers to check they are getting the benefits, concessions and tax allowances they are entitled to, and to tell them about other services from RNIB and
Action for Blind People.
We are also in partnership with Citizen Advice Bureau (CAB) to help improve the face-to-face debt advice to people with sight problems.
