Our Evidence-based reviews look in detail at the experiences of blind and partially sighted people in different age groups. They include a profile of the group, the policies that govern and impact upon their lives, and a commentary on what the evidence tells us.

Updated versions of our Evidence-based reviews have now been published and can be accessed in the key information and statistics section of our Knowledge and Research Hub. We now have up-to-date England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland versions of both our People of Working Age review and Children and Young People review as well as an updated version of our Older People review.

The reviews are a source of up-to-date safe statistics for each age group that can be used to inform policy and research with confidence.
