Toolkit to support professionals helping blind and partially sighted people into self-employment
Our partners Action for Blind People have produced a toolkit for organisations supporting blind and partially sighted people in self-employment.
The toolkit has been shaped by innovative and successful aspects of previous Action for Blind People enterprise projects, and the materials aim to increase the competencies among support workers and associated Vocational Educational Trainers (VET) and professionals working with blind and partially sighted people. Ultimately it is hoped that this will empower, promote and facilitate blind and partially sighted entrepreneurs into successful businesses.
