Overview and objectives

Learn how to produce Clear Print and Large Print documents for your customers. Businesses spend £20 billion each year on communicating with their customers. Make sure that your message gets through!

Suitable for:

  • This course is aimed at graphic designers who require in-depth technical knowledge in order to produce clear and large print documents.

Pre-requisites: Participants will need a level of technical knowledge about general print design.

Aspects include:

  • An introduction to clear and large print including practical examples
  • Putting the principles of clear print into practice
  • Demonstration of good and bad practice (with examples)
  • Feedback on a small selection of your own publications
  • Choosing a suitable font (which to use and which to avoid)
  • Effective use of images and graphics in your publications
