Overview and objectives

Learn how to produce clear print and large print documents for your customers. Businesses spend £20 billion each year on communicating with their customers. Make sure that your message gets through!

Suitable for:

  • Anyone who needs to produce documents for customers and other service users
  • Marketing teams who will specify document designs
  • Front line staff who may be producing simple documents themselves such as appointment letters
  • Human resource teams who need to send out interview letters and documents to staff and potential staff members

Pre-requisites: None.

Content

Aspects include:

  • Introduction to clear and large print with practical examples
  • Choosing a suitable font (which to use and which to avoid)
  • Effective use of images and graphics in your publications

Course detail

  • Half day in-house course: Half day (for example, 9.30am to 1.00pm)
  • Delegate numbers: Ideal for smaller teams of up to 15 participants.
  • Fee: £650 for a half day in-house course, plus reasonable expenses and VAT
