This interactive workshop is aimed at customer-facing teams in transport companies.

Ideal for bus companies, train operators or airport service teams.

Suitable for:

  • anyone involved with members of the public
  • front line customer facing or customer service staff
  • sales and marketing teams.

Content

Aspects include:

  • Legislation relating to service providers in transport - specific to your sector.
  • Disability demographics.
  • Developing your ability to identify barriers to access and how to develop solutions.

There are a range of topics we can cover during this course, so we prefer to work with you to identify your key priorities and areas of concern. We also enjoy taking real life customer stories from your team and working them into the training as case studies to learn from.

Course detail

This course is delivered in-house at your premises:

  • Full day course: Full day in-house course (for example, 9.30am to 4.30pm)
  • Half day course: Half day in-house course (for example, 9.30am to 1.00pm)
  • Delegate numbers: Ideal for around 10 to 15 delegates

Fee: From £1000 plus VAT and expenses, depending on location and tailoring of course for a full day. Or from £650 plus VAT and expenses, depending on location and tailoring of course for a half-day.
