We are looking for experienced, confident and talented registered nurses to join a small team supporting children and young people whose health needs demand a high level of support.
Ideally with a background in paediatric long-term ventilation or intensive care, the successful applicant will be able to assess, plan and implement individual care packages with the support of a team of nursing, teaching, therapy and social care staff. Applications are welcome from nurses willing to train to acquire these skills.
You will need to be able to work in a demanding environment and to have a positive approach to multidisciplinary teamwork. You will ideally have experience working in a community based service and be able to apply excellent clinical practice whilst maintaining a homely environment.
