One to One community based services

Our Scottish based one to one community based support offers a range of flexible, tailored services over seven days including evenings.

Services are outcome based and individually designed and can be provided in the community, home or education setting.

One to One community based services

What will the service do for me?

The community based service is individually tailored to your needs and helps you to identify and choose activities. This might be accessing places of interest, social activities, sport or further education. Using your personalised care plan we can work together to develop skills, widen social networks and promote independence.

Supported Living/Tenancy Support

This West Dumbarton service supports you to live independently in your own home and offers support in all aspects of your daily life from shopping, general household tasks, cooking skills and personal finance.

Home support services can also offer support to maintain social and family relationships ensuring inclusion within the local community. This is a very flexible and responsive service designed to meet your ever changing needs and is available on a 24/7 basis.
