Ask your pharmacist to record and attach labels to your medication packaging with all the key information you need to manage your health. Alternatively, call for free X- PIL, the Patient Information Leaflet service on 0800 198 5000 and quote the 8 or 9 digit PL (product licence) number from the leaflet in your medication.
