The map is designed to be wall-mounted with a hand-held key. The map is 600mm wide and 762mm high. The key is 250mm wide and 376mm high. The map is in full colour and the point size used on the map varies but the minimum is 14 point. The map gives a good overview of the Arctic including the landmasses that surround it plus the extent of the permanent pack ice, coastal details, routes of Arctic expeditions airports, and settlements/research stations.
