I have a website being designed to meet the highest standards of accessibility as set down by W3C however I will want to create banner ads at some point for the website and I would like them to be accessible too. I am not a web designer and would like to try to keep costs down by creating the banner ads myself. Is there software you could recommend that would enable me to do this. I have been looking at Banner Maker Pro. Does this software produce accessible banners?
