This happened for the first time last year, and we thought it a one-off, but when it happened again, we've realised that this is something that will happen periodically, so we're now geared up to react more quickly next time. Better Connected is an excellent report largely because SOCITM insists on high quality assessments using real people (as opposed to automated software alone).
