Food, drink and entertainment

If you have some spare time after your meeting or conference then Birmingham has some great leisure and entertainment places to keep you busy.

  • The Mailbox is anchored by Harvey Nicholls and Malmaison, but also has a number of restaurants and café bars, including Zizzi, Strada and Pizza Express.
  • Brindley Place is located along the Birmingham Canal Network. Here you can take canal trips, visit the Ikon Art Gallery or eat at some of the local bars and restaurants, which include Bank and All Bar One.
  • The Bullring is home to the landmark Selfridge Building and other major retailers, including Debenhams, Gap and the Apple Store. The shopping centre is open until 8pm Monday to Saturday.

Other areas and places to visit include the Jewellery Quarter, the Balti Triangle, St Paul's Square and the Theatre District.

If you require accommodation for your meeting or conference then hotels close to Concept Conference Centre, include: Holiday Inn, Ramada and Malmaison; all less than 10 minutes walk.
