Glastonbury Festival 2017

RNIB is proud to be the official health charity partner for this year’s iconic Glastonbury Festival.

With 200,000 people attending the five day festival, we have a once in a lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of eye health, and ways in which people can help prevent avoidable sight loss.

"As I’ve got older, I’ve become more and more aware of the importance of looking after my eyes, and I don’t want to miss a trick! In light of this, I’m delighted that we’re working with RNIB this year, and hope that lots of festival-goers will stop by the charity’s stall near the Pyramid Stage to find out more about how they can protect their sight."

Nearly half of all sight loss is preventable

Our mission at Glastonbury is to educate people about the importance of eye health, and to remind everyone to book in for a regular eye test every two years.

Festival-goers will be invited to stop by our tent, near the renowned Pyramid Stage, to take part in an interactive, fun activity, whilst our volunteers will be on hand to give helpful tips and information on how best to help protect your eyes.

Whether you'll be at Glastonbury, enjoying this unique experience, or watching at home, we wouldn't want you to miss out on our helpful tips on how best to look after your eyes.

And don't forget to come and visit us near the iconic Pyramid Stage if you will be at Worthy Farm.
