One in three blind and partially sighted people said there were sports or fitness activities they'd like to try, but haven't been able to. We want to change this.
Whether you’d like to try a new activity, join a club or workout at home, there’s lots of ways to get active and stay active. Many sports clubs run inclusive sessions. Some sports have been adapted, or even developed, specifically for people with sight loss.
You can choose whatever works for you.
If you start a sport or join a club and something doesn't feel right, then try another club.
