During this four-week phone course we will discuss what good health and wellbeing means to you and the impact sight loss has when carrying out day to day activities. With a focus on ability rather than disability, we will explore ways to maintain health and beauty routines, discuss ways to overcome challenges and share ideas with others about managing the emotional aspect of sight loss. In addition to this you will gain knowledge of what is available nationally to access leisure activities and how to get the most from your free time.
This phone group is open to all residents of the UK.
