Join Team RNIB for The 2.6 Challenge

Like most charities, our fundraising activity has been affected by the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, with many fundraising events postponed or cancelled. So we're excited to join the 2.6 Challenge, a national virtual challenge event which wants to help save the UK’s charities.

About The 2.6 Challenge

The 2.6 Challenge will launch on Sunday 26 April – the original date of the 2020 London Marathon, the world’s biggest one-day annual fundraising event. The 2.6 Challenge is open to anyone of any age, the only requirement is that the activity must follow UK Government guidelines on exercise and social distancing.

All you need to do is pick a challenge that involves 2.6 or 26. This could be a 2.6 mile run (within your daily exercise allowance, of course), doing 26 press-ups, or even hosting an online quiz with 26 of your closest pals.

If you’re not able to take on a challenge, you can still get involved by donating to the campaign.

Whatever you choose to do – choose to do it for Team RNIB.
