Remember a Charity

With gifts in Wills, we can continue paving the way for a future that’s as bright for those with sight loss as those without.

People are often surprised to hear that gifts in Wills fund a third of all our vital work to make every day better for blind and partially sighted people. We really wouldn’t be able to continue without these gifts.

Every year, more people leave a gift to charity in their Will but the problem is, many people still don’t know they can help us in this way. That’s why we are part of a consortium of over 200 charities called Remember A Charity and every September, take part in Remember a Charity in Your Will Week.

Each year, members come together to raise the profile of legacy giving and encourage supporters and the public to consider leaving a gift in their Will.

Last Remember a Charity in Your Will Week, we asked our supporters to solve some of life’s biggest questions, such as “How do we create a world where sight loss is no barrier?”

This year’s Remember A Charity Week runs from 9 to 15 September 2019 so look out for more details nearer the time.
