The TUC and GMB have launched a new "Reasonable Adjustments Disability Passport" to help disabled people who fall out of work or switch employers each year to get the support they need.

Adjustments and support are put in place to eliminate barriers in the workplace. The idea is that once the adjustment has been agreed with an employer, should the employee move to another employer or change role, the information moves with them. This saves the need to explain their requirements each time their line manager or role changes.
