RNIB has a dedicated advice and legal rights teams who can give you information about banking, benefit entitlements and how to challenge discrimination.
Contact the RNIB Helpline on 0303 123 9999, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Calls cost no more than a standard rate call to an 01 or 02 number, and count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.

The Citizens Advice Bureau Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers. We are also in partnership with Citizen Advice Bureau (CAB) to help improve the face-to-face debt advice for people with sight problems.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have announced that you must make a complaint about being mis-sold payment protection insurance (PPI) by 29 August 2019. You don't need to use a claims management company to do this; you can make a complaint yourself, for free. A free PPI complaint form is available from the FCA website, or you can call them on 0800 101 8800 for more information.
