RNIB has worked together with VIEW, the professional association for the vision impairment education workforce, to make a short film illustrating the role of qualified teachers of children and young people with vision impairment (QTVIs).

Its purpose is to strengthen recruitment of future QTVIs and to help those about to start training to learn about the role, as well as showing schools and parents how QTVIs can help them.
The film features QTVIs from Norfolk sensory support service talking about their work.
