Our supported living accommodation is currently based in the following areas of Surrey:
Each resident has their own flat or shares a house. In each studio flat there is a lounge or sleeping area, a kitchenette and bathroom. In RNIB Swail House there is access to a communal lounge and laundry facilities.
Leatherhead and Ashtead Houses are for small groups sharing a house. Each resident has their own bedroom and shares other facilities in the home with their fellow residents.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are a Founder Member of The National Skills Academy for Social Care.
Our CQC overall rating is: Good. We were rated Good for the following areas: safe, effective, caring, responsive.
