Do you have excellent communication skills? Can you build a rapport with people over the telephone and put them at ease? As 'Benefits Form Volunteer', you will be telephoning people that have previously received assistance from our Sight Loss Advice Service and help them complete forms relating to their claim for Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payments and other benefits.

Volunteers are needed at our Birmingham office.

Respond to questions and concerns, Using IT equipment and systems
