Nina speaks about her work as an Eye Clinic Liaison Officer (ECLO).

"My role as an ECLO allows me to promote a positive and optimistic outlook for those affected by sight loss. I believe RNIB has genuine care for blind and partially sighted people and their loved ones. I am fortunate in my role to raise awareness of opportunities and services to both customers and professionals, as well as provide support through early intervention or when needed. Every day provides new meetings and interactions with customers affected by sight loss, ensuring my day is full of learning, listening, educating and empowering those around me. There’s never a dull day at the office! Of course, days can be challenging, at times hard and emotional, but I reflect on those I have supported and made a difference to their life, managing to put a smile on their face and mine. This is why I love my job."
