Paige Wadsworth

Paige wants everyone to know that people who have a disability, are no different to anyone else.

My name is Paige Wadsworth and I’m 18 years old. When I was a baby, I was diagnosed with albinism and nystagmus. Through the years I have learnt how to deal with my disabilities. Sometimes I have good days, and I have my bad days. My point is that I wanted to share my story because I want everyone to know there are so many people out there who are just like me. The advice I always give to myself is that people who have a disability, like me, are no different to anyone else. Sometimes I get emotional because I will never have the chance to drive. However I then understand that it doesn’t matter because there are buses and taxis. I want people to know my story as I know how it feels. Never hide who you truly are.
