Our much-loved Talking Books service has been providing audio books for blind and partially sighted people for more than 80 years.
Today, it offers more formats and titles than ever before, but there are still many titles missing. With your support, we can add a bit more sparkle this Christmas by adding new books to our library.
“Reading Christmas stories together are treasured moments for so many families. Let’s make it happen for blind and partially sighted children and parents too.”
Carolyn is partially sighted, but like all mums, she loves reading to her daughters and The Night Before Christmas is one of their favourites.
She knows that there are many parents who can’t, so our Talking Books service is perfect for those fireside moments.
£20 could help our Talking Books library to grow and bring even more stories to life. £30 could help ensure that Talking Books remain a free service for eager borrowers to enjoy. £50 could help make Talking Books available in various formats for people to enjoy anytime, anywhere.
