Working for RNIB means making a difference to people’s lives. Whether you are working directly with the blind and partially sighted people that we support, or making it all happen behind the scenes, working for us is a great opportunity.

We're looking for talented, enthusiastic people who love a challenge and want to make a real difference. Whatever job you apply for you will be taking the first step to supporting almost two million people living with sight loss in the UK.

Make every day better!

Some of the RNIB team explain why their roles are so important to them and the impact they have on people's lives every day.
