Recycle with RNIB
An environmentally friendly way to help us raise funds.
How your used ink cartridges help
We receive up to £4.50 for each used printer cartridge recycled and so far our supporters have helped to raise a fantastic £385,000!
Be green and recycle for RNIB
Recycling is a great way to raise funds to help us support people with sight loss, while also helping to protect the environment. Taking part in the scheme couldn’t be easier, simply:
- Put your recyclable items in an envelope or box (a list of eligible cartridges can be found The Recycling Factory website)
- Download our freepost label and attach it to your own envelope/package (max weight 1kg)
- Freepost your package to The Recycling Factory.
If you have any problems downloading and printing the label, email email@example.com or call our Fundraising Team on 0845 345 0054 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
If you have a large number of inkjet cartridges to recycle for us, please call The Recycling Factory on 0800 091 0696 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What we can't recycle
Unfortunately we can't recycle everything, so please do not include:
- Laser toner cartridges
- Toner bottles
- Ribbon cartridges
- Compatible or Re-filled cartridges
Thank you for your support, we look forward to receiving your used ink cartridges!
And don't forget, we also recycle used stamps!
Right now we can only reach one in three of the people who need our help most. Please make a donation and help us support more blind and partially sighted people.Donate now
