Supported living: RNIB Community Living Service

Our RNIB Community Living Service in Surrey provides residential care and supported living for adults aged 18 - 65 years who are blind or partially sighted with additional needs and disabilities.

Needs we cater for include:

  • sight loss
  • learning disabilities
  • physical and or mobility needs

Our Community Living Service is currently based in Surrey.

We’ve recently started an exciting redevelopment in Redhill to build new homes and apartments. The new site will be fully accessible for people with sight loss. It will include a hub with a café, training rooms and community amenities. Our new facilities should be ready by February 2018.

  • day care provision – tailor-made packages providing activities either onsite or within the community, for example, attending college, going shopping, visiting museums etc.
  • All services are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • Our registered manager is Wendy Doyle.
