Are you a qualified Counsellor? You could play a vital role as part of the Action Talking Therapies Network, offering face to face counselling to people in the North West whose lives are affected by sight loss. The service supports blind and partially sighted people, their families and carers.
Do you have creative flair, good writing skills and the confidence to promote events and activities in your local area that will raise awareness and funds to make a difference to the lives of blind and partially sighted children and adults?

We can offer you the chance of being part of a team that raises funds to help and support blind and partially sighted children and adults.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lead Fundraising Groups and who have the flair to put fun into fundraising.
Do you enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish? Are you interested in joining our fundraising team working with them to identify fundraising opportunities and organise events to help raise awareness and funds to make everyday better for blind and partially sighted people.
Are you confident on the telephone? Can you spare 12 hours a week over a two week period for a short task? We need you to contact our customers to gather feedback. You will help inform and shape services for blind and partially sighted readers of RNIB magazines.
Do you enjoy meeting people and have a flair for Christmas gift wrapping. We need you to join our team of volunteers in our fun and festive Christmas Grotto at Folyes Book Stores, gift wrapping customer's Christmas gifts for a donation to raise vital funds to support blind and partially sighted people.
We are looking for a large number of volunteers over the festive period for our Christmas Carol collections. Even if you can only spare a couple of hours, please get in touch with us today to let us know your availability. A cheery disposition and a will to raise funds for us is all we ask.
Do you have a confident telephone manner and good organisational skills? We are looking for someone like you to provide excellent admin support to the staff and volunteering in our local fundraising team.
Are you friendly and caring? Can you be the first point of contact for blind or partially sighted individuals at one of our RNIB community drop in sessions? We would love for you to help us provide information about our services and collect details from the visitor so that we can help and support them.
