Training Hub
Signed up for a challenge event and wondering where to start with your training?
We’ve teamed up with our training partners at Full Potential to put together beginner, intermediate and advanced running plans to help get you started. You’ll also find a training plan for those of you doing a trek or walking challenge below.
When starting any training plan, you need to be honest with yourself in setting realistic training goals and following a plan that is suitable for you. The plan you choose should be applicable to your current fitness level and should fit in with your availability to train each week.
Whilst you want to challenge yourself, your training should always be enjoyable and not too hard, so you don’t go from session to session feeling fatigued. Everyone has different levels of fitness and experience, so these plans should be used as a starting point.
