See Work Differently Placement programme
Two women sat side by side on a red sofa are reading a document together, they also have a laptop open in front of them. The woman on the right is wearing a hijab.
The See Work Differently Placement programme gives people with sight loss the chance to gain real, meaningful work experience with supportive employers. Each placement is tailored to the individual, with guidance, workplace adjustments and ongoing support to help you build confidence, develop new skills and take positive steps toward employment.
For employers
The programme is now open to external employers who want to host a placement. Taking part is a practical way to be inclusive while gaining fresh perspectives and insight into the talent and potential of people with sight loss.
RNIB provides support at every stage — from planning and onboarding to adjustments and ongoing guidance.
If you’re an employer interested in hosting a placement, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch for an informal chat and to find out more.
