We’re following the government’s public health guidance and ensuring we can continue to offer support for blind and partially sighted people.
Much of our face-to-face volunteering is suspended due to coronavirus to keep our volunteers safe and well, but some volunteering roles can be done from the comfort of your own home. We have restarted some activities where safe to do so, however we are keeping our community-based volunteering under review. We will pause activity as required where restrictions are in place that don’t allow households to mix. We’ll do our best to keep you up to date with our progress with involving volunteers in our work.

"Being a volunteer has made me aware of the issues people with sight loss face on a daily basis. I have made so many lasting friendships and find the time I spend volunteering is always an enjoyable experience."
