Let RNIB know about your experience of health information
This year we marked 10 years since the NHS Accessible Information Standard was introduced in England. Now RNIB is carrying out a survey to understand blind and partially sighted people’s experiences of health information today.
We want to hear about your experiences of things like appointment letters, test results, medication information, communications from healthcare services, and digital services such as the NHS App. Whether your experiences have been positive, challenging, or a mix of both, we'd like to hear from you.
The survey takes around 10 to 15 minutes to complete and is open until 20 October 2026. Your feedback will help inform RNIB's policy, campaigning and influencing work to improve the accessibility of health and care information.
